We want your G'lore order to reach you smoothly and arrive feeling like a treat. Orders are processed within 2–3 business days, and once dispatched, delivery typically takes 7–14 business days across the UK. You'll receive a confirmation with tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.
Shipping is completely free on all orders — the price you see is the price you pay, with no delivery charges added at checkout. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by factors outside our control, such as courier delays or peak periods. If your order hasn't arrived within 21 days of dispatch, get in touch and we'll look into it right away.
